Frequently Asked Question

7.1: Parents would be able to change their passwords easily. Tap on the “Settings” option in the sidebar.

7.2: Select “Change Password” to make changes to your current password.

7.3: Type your new password area “A” and confirm your new password in area “B”. After that, tap on the “Save” icon in area “C”.

7.4: If you have entered the different password for both inputs , an invalid message window will be displayed on the screen.

7.5: A window message will be displayed on the screen if you have updated your password successfully.
