3.16.1 A quick button is allocated at the top right corner of the Dashboard.
3.16.2 Tap on the “+” button to create new chat.
3.16.3 Select student list will displayed after you clicked “+” button.

| A | Filter | Able to filter for Centre & Class Room. |
| B | Student List | The student list |
3.16.4 After picking the “student”, Chatroom will displayed.

| C | Send button | After entering the text, clicking the send button will send out a message. |
