1.14.1 First of all, access to the Class Room module and assign CI to a specified Class Room.
1.14.2 Click on the “Edit” button to a specific Class Room.
1.14.3 After clicking “Edit”, here will be displayed the Class Room Detail, In “Course Instructor Info” can view a “Add” button. Click on “Add” button
1.14.4 The 1 step is enter CI identity number, after enter & select CI need to click on the “Select”

1.14.6 After assigning CI into a Classroom successfully, administrators are able to view & reply messages in CM Portal. First of all, click on the “Communication Book” menu.
1.14.7 After clicking on the “Communication Book” menu, the list of the students will be displayed. On top, able to filter for student name & class. If you wanna view for chat history, able to click on “View” button.
1.14.8 After clicking on “View” button, you are able to view chat history, beside that, the administrator able to reply the message.
1.14.9 Administrator able to delete the chat, Clicking on “Option” menu, system will prompt out the menu, and select “Delete” button, this chat able to delete.
1.14.10 After deleted, the chat message will be displayed “Deleted” word.
1.14.11 Administrator able to do a restore is the message is deleted.
1.14.12 Click on for Chat Room configuration.
1.14.13 After clicking on “Chat Room Configuration”, the configuration page will be displayed.
