Section 2.17: Health Declaration Report
2.17.1 First of all, access to the “Health Declarations”, there will have 3 menu :
No | Module | Description |
1 | Guardians Report | View and generate reports for guardians health status. |
2 | Course Instructors Report | View and generate reports for course instructors health status. |
2.17.2 After that, Click on the “Guardians” or “Course Instructors” depending on which one you want to view.
No | Module | Description |
A | Filter | Able to filter CI information by Name / IC Number. |
B | Generate Health Status Report | View and generate reports for health status. |
C | Health Status | View the current health status. |
