2.8.1 Manage Course Instructors in CM Portal

2.8.1.1: First of all, please click on the menu displayed on the upper-left corner of the screen.

2.8.1.2: Select Course Instructors from the Menu and click on the "Name List" tab.

2.8.1.3: This page would display a list of course instructors as well as their details.

2.8.1.4: To search for specific course instructors that meet certain requirements, select the necessary filters, and enter the prerequisites in an accurate way. Click the Search button when you are ready.

2.8.1.5: You would be able to search up course instructors based on activity statuses of each and every course instructor.

2.8.1.6: To add a new course instructor, click on the "Create" button.

2.8.1.7: Enter the IC number of the new course instructor and press Enter to check if there is duplicate in list.

2.8.1.8: Enter the necessary information regarding the course instructor, such as name, address, country etc.

2.8.1.9: Set a predefined password for the new course instructor to log into the CI App at the Login Screen.

2.8.1.10: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save” to confirm the insertion, click “Close” to cancel the process.

2.8.1.11: To edit information about a course instructor, click on the “Edit” button located on the left side of each and every instructor.

2.8.1.12: Make necessary changes to the details of the course instructor, scroll to the bottom and click “Save” to confirm the changes.
