2. Video

  • Refers to the use of videos as a medium to deliver educational or instructional content to learners.
  • Leverages visual and auditory elements to convey information and demonstrate concepts.

3. Quiz / Assessment

  • Refers to a learning approach that incorporates quizzes or assessments as a means to evaluate learners' understanding of the training material.
  • Involves the integration of quizzes or assessments within the training process to gauge knowledge, comprehension, and retention of the content.

4. Workshop

  • Refers to a hands-on, interactive learning experience that typically takes place in a group setting.
  • Involves participants actively engaging in practical exercises, discussions, and collaborative activities to develop specific skills, knowledge, or competencies.
  • Sample file: A sample file will be provided during the workshop training as a reference document for trainees to complete their workshop projects.
  • Upload file: Trainees are required to upload and submit their workshop files, and the marks will be given by the trainers.

    • Involves identifying internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) that can impact the success or performance of the training course.
