Purchase Training Ticket
1. Create new order by choosing Training Ticket order form.
2. Fill up the quantity.
3. Complete the payment.
Training Ticket Management
1. First of all, please click on the menu displayed on the upper-left corner of the screen.
2. Select the "Training Tickets" option under the Training Management.
3. Purchased training ticket will list here.
4. Click in the ticket.
5. Status for each ticket will show. Assigned ticket will show the user name.
Assign Ticket to User
1. Click on the ticket with empty user name to assign the ticket to the user.
2. Click on the magnifier icon.
3. Choose the user on the list, then click select button.
4. Then click save.
Training Registration
1. First of all, please click on the menu displayed on the upper-left corner of the screen.
2. Select the "Registration" option under the Training Management.
3. The list will show all training schedule set by ELD.
4. Click on the training that wanted to register.
3. Click the register button. A course instructor list will show.
4. Select the use wanted to register on the left checkbox (Can select multiple user). Then click select button.
5. If the CI not show on the list, this mean the CI is not yet purchase the training ticket.
6. Once the user is on the list, this means is successfully registered.
