3.41.2.1 Access main menu, Click on “Promotion Application” menu to access Promotion Application module.

Filter by Year / Semester

1. Tap the search bar.

2. Select the filter you desired and tap 'Apply Filter'.

Filter by Weekly / Monthly / Semester

Tap the visual button to change to weekly, monthly or semester.

Filter by Class

1. Tap the filter description box.

2. Choose the type of class you desired and close by tap outside the prompt or 'x' sign.

Filter by certain month / week

Method 1: 

1. Tap the '-' sign button or '+' sign button to change by week or month according your filter.

Method 2:

1. Tap the filter description box.

2. Choose the month / week you desired and close by tap outside the prompt or 'x' sign.
