1. How to open new ticket

1. SMM Digital support requires user to login in order to log a ticket. Please approach to I.C.T / AR department to obtain your login credentials.

2. Click on the "Sign in" link on top left of website.

3. Fill up login credentials provided by I.C.T / AR department. Then, click on the "Sign In" button.

4. Once logged in, click on the "Open a New Ticket" on top of website.

5. At New Ticket page, your email and centre's code will be listed at here. Select your issue topic under "Help Topic".

6. Fill in the form, best try to elaborate the issue / problem you were facing. Then, click on the "Create Ticket" button to submit ticket.

7. Once submit successfully, it will redirect to ticket detail page. At ticket detail page, you'll see your ticket number, as well as support team's reply (if have).

8. You will also receive an email notification regarding new ticket created.

9. To check your ticket progress, you may click on the "view this ticket's progress online" link in the email.
