Virtual learning is a learning experience that is enhanced through utilizing computers and/or the internet both outside and inside the facilities. For this program - VPLP, it takes place in an online environment.
2.3.1: First of all, please click on the menu displayed on the upper-left corner of the screen.
2.3.2: Click on the menu named “VPLP Sessions”.
2.3.3: Similar to the classroom menu, you are also given the option to create, search and modify current VPLP Listing.
2.3.4: You are also able to filter out results by any pre designated Titles or Description.
2.3.5: Results can also be filtered out based on Class Rooms and Status.
2.3.6: To create new VPLP Sessions, click on the “Create” button
2.3.7: You may enter your desired VPLP Title, Description, Class Room and Status. Click “Save” to confirm the creation of your record, while click “Close” to return to the previous page.
2.3.8: Once a VPLP session is created, you will then be redirected to update the dates of your VPLP Records. Click on the "Add Date" button to add a new VPLP date; to add amassed dates, please click on the "Add Dates" button.
2.3.9: Ensure that the fields are filled accordingly. The date ranges must be selected based on your timetable. The day of the commencement of the program should also be specified while adding these records. Click on the “Add” button to confirm the addition of the record and “Cancel” to cancel the creation process.
2.3.10: All selected days (Eg. Tuesday) within the specified date range (Eg. 2020-10-07 to 2020-11-25) with the standardized time (Eg. 0730hrs - 1030hrs) will be automatically added into the system.
2.3.11: Follow steps 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 to return to the VPLP Sessions Listing Page.
2.3.12: To edit a VPLP Session, click on the “Edit” button located on the left side of each and every record.
2.3.13: Modify the name, description as well as the dates of the selected VPLP Session based on preferences and needs.
